Looking for a full-time Executive Producer to help manage and scale an internet creator's business. This is a partial remote, partial in-person (West Hollywood) position depending on where we are in the production cycle. This position will require you to wear many hats and likely morph your skillset as we get used to working together. This is a great position for someone who enjoys streamlining and organizing operational systems, creative problem solving, storytelling, and making/building remarkable physical artworks. You will be a key factor in growing an online content driven business.

Tasks

• Creative supervising, managing and directing projects/videos
  • Pre production
    • Content brainstorming/writing/development/refinement/optimization - Storytelling cross-platform
    • Material planning/budgeting/purchasing for videos
    • Project planning/creative problem solving (How do we get chia to grow on a car? How to transform a bike to churn ice cream, Who can we hire to cut a car in half and where?, etc.)
  • Post production
    • Reviewing edits to facilitate editors matching the brand’s style and quality
• Chief of staff
  • Hiring/overseeing contractors per video
  • Hiring/training/overseeing long-term contractors (editors, assistants, music producers, social media managers)
  • Writing operations manual/create instructional videos for employees/contractors
• Operations optimization
  • Streamlining processes such as hiring, training and communications
  • Improving workflows across the company
  • Optimizing company archives and documentation
• Business development
  • Future content strategy, creative direction ideation and development
  • Non-internet video creative ideation, strategy and project management: build out membership platforms, merchandise, app, newsletter, TV pitches, brick & mortar spaces, podcast growth, etc.

• Very strong attention to detail
• Willing to stay nimble and problem solve creatively
• Familiar with storytelling on social media and its trends
• Someone who genuinely enjoys organizing lots of moving parts to make a full project come to life from start to finish
• Excited to scale a successful business into something streamlined, efficient and more robust
